I have been with physiotherapist Oscar at la pau clinic, Pego since November 2024. He has helped me in my journey to recover physically and mentally from a level 3 ankle injury. He is friendly, speaks English but most importantly is professional and knows his stuff. If you don't have access to the spanish health care system then i would recommend this clinic as your go to option if you live in and around Pego. They offer many different services, check out their website. The reception staff are helpful and quick to respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. Prices are good for access to a professional. If you need a physio Oscar is your man.
My recovery journey came to its conclusion today and I am discharged with a good score on my fitness, thank you Oscar. Also thank you to Fran the podologist who helped with my injury too. 🙏🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏

I visited the podologist here and I can tell you she is amazingly knowledgeable and super friendly
Sorted out my problem without any fuss, previous visits to other podologists were super costly and unfortunately no results. Karen sorted me out perfectly 👌 👍 🥰

Called in for help with my driving licence which showed expiry date of 2025 in contrast to that shown on the DGT app - December 2022! which I noticed when I downloaded the app last week. I tried to contact the DGT to query this but was told that I had to make an appointment - in Alicante, some 60 miles away (and with an expired licence to drive there would have been risky!) The clinic contacted the DGT for me and were told that my licence had expired at the end of 2022 but they would not tell the clinicial why die to data protection issues. After some discussion with Josep it was agreed that my best course of action was to renew the licence and this was arranged very quickly. Without the intervention of the clinic I would have had a stressful couple of weeks trying to resolve this. Everyone involved was very kind and helpful to me and patient with my Spanish and I am very grateful for their help. I have no hesitation in recommending them if you need to renew your Spanish driving licence.

Had a Covid test there last month before travelling. Could not fault the service, from making the appointment to receiving the certificate on my phone and by e-mail. Parking nearby. Would recommend!

Was made to feel very welcome and making an appointment for a Covid test was very easy. The staff I met had good English. The actual appointment was as good an experience as any test can be and the lady who did the test was very nice! La Pau is to be highly recomended!

My Spanish is very bad, but someone always makes the effort to speak in a little English.
The Doctor Who speaks English is very helpful and informative.
I also like the nurse who is excellent at taking my blood even with my poor vains.
I have recommended La Pau to a few of my friends. Thank you to all the staff.

Hello. my partner and I had an appointment on 2nd July 2021 at 10am, for a Covid19 test. The nurse who did the test was quite unpleasant and quite abrupt. The staff in the reception area were so very pleasant and helpful, two male nurses and the receptionist lady. It was a Shame about the nurse who did the test (who's name I cannot remember) because all the other staff where lovely. She lacked personal customer care and tutted at me when I reacted to the swab in the back of my throat, which I know is difficult for some people. she was quite rude and unprofessional.
