Ridiculous, an appointment was made for my wife at 9:20am on a Saturday, which we thought was a strange day for an appointment so we double checked the date and it was confirmed. We drove 40 mins to get there on time, only to find the place unsurprisingly locked up and closed.
If they cannot get appointments right what hope is there for treatment...

they made me an appointment for an endoscopy (which unknown to me was a local holiday),they failed to contact me about this,i turned up as normal but they were unsurprisingly closed,they had all my contact details to make other arrangements but they did'nt,tried to contact them via email,which is incorrect on their website,they must try harder regards appointments/communications with clients,the consultants are very good but be aware of the receptionist staff!.

Since the new receptionist has started service has been extremely poor. I was rushed to hospital on Saturday with dangerous blood sugar levels. After 4 hours of tests I was sent home with a prescription for Insulin. Unfortunately the very busy doctor dealing with real emergencies forgot to add the pen and needles. My wife has be3n emailing the doctors all day but constantly fobbed off by the receptionist. Sent a photo of the box of insulin which states clearly that a pen and needles are required. He said it was the manufacturers fault there were no needles or pen! Then excuse after excuse, finally the Doctor has finished for the day and didn't see him. Anyone who uses the surgery knows nurses and receptionists go into the doctors offices all the time
This is a very serious issue, it is insulin not aspirin!

Never. Absolutely terrible service. You're known there, and you come with an emergency, only to be told to wait until the next afternoon. I'm considering filing a criminal complaint for failure to provide assistance. Even though a doctor was present, we were sent away. That's a complete disgrace. An arrogant grin escorts you to the door. Not recommended. You'll die before you get help here.

Very good.. in every respect. English speaking, great doctor and staff. Even without Spanish health insurance, just paid consulting fee of €30-40(sinus/chest infection), got prescription(€13 for week of penicillin and antihistamine😳) Recommend👍🏻

I have to thank Raphael who helped us immensely in trying to deal with Asssa insurance about a medical emergency which we went through recently. Without his help we would have had to wait till their offices opened again in the morning. Mucho Gracias Raphael.

Recepción staff are very good but extremely overworked.
Ridiculous service I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to have my dressing changed after spinal surgery.
I had to leave without being seen as I had a physio appointment.
The owner needs to care more about service rather than taking money.
If his practice needs support, he should be there. Not leaving it un resourced while being on holiday or making money in one of his other personal money-making ventures.
Customer first, patient first.

Dr.Danna is a lovely doctor and very softly spoken. Listens and understands what your medical needs are. Vicky on reception is very helpful and does all she can for you. She is a keeper for the surgery. Highly recommend this practise.

Muy mala atención, llame por teléfono para pedir cita para una prueba de intolerancia para mi hijo de 6 años y me dieron cita. Cuando acudí al centro me dijeron que esa prueba no se hacía ahí. Mi hijo estuvo dos días con dieta especial para la prueba, que fue súper difícil hacerla y todo para nada. Falta de información y organización. Mala experiencia

Don't know who's setting the appointment scheduling and determining the amount of time per patient visit but Dr Lazarova is being seriously over scheduled and you can expect a 45 minute wait or more from your scheduled appointment. Dr. Lazarova does a great job with her patients and I travel from Vera to see her but someone appears to be thinking 5 minutes per patient is enough time and her schedule is seriously over booked or was today.

Bit gutted went back to book an appointment and the lovely receptionist has left 😔 really thought she created an excellent atmosphere was great at passing on information and arranging appointments for scans etc I felt really reassured and supported ...I don't know where she went but employees like her are rare to find .

My first visit today. Receptionist lovely, very friendly and helpful. Doctor, very attentive, took time to explain everything. A bit of a wait but they did seem to be particularly busy. Highly recommended.
