Well wow, went and saw Rich today, just expecting run of the mill sports massage, left receiving Dry Needling, Cupping and a full leg massage.

Felt totally comfortable from the moment I walked in the room.

Rich was that good I’m considering coming from England monthly for my treatment.

No need to look anywhere else.

As the words go ‘NO PAIN NO GAIN’

Andrea is a great Personal Trainer with heaps of experience and a fantastic motivator! She has made a great change to my training routine. Her sports massages are incredible!

Having hurt my back, I was recommended to Costa Health, I was given an appointment with Paul very quickly. Lovely clinic, easy to find.
Have had 2 chiropractic sessions with a range of treatments given on both visits, needles, cups, massage, gentle manipulation and TENS.

I had been suffering with lower back pain for a couple of weeks and couldn’t resolve it. I decided to visit Sarah, having seen many recommendations on Facebook. From the moment I walked in and she examined my back, she understood my problem. Sarah is a very knowledgeable professional and treats you with great expertise, kindness and empathy. There’s no quick fix for my ailments but with Sarah’s treatment I am more comfortable, and will continue to see her on a regular basis.

Sarah is a magician !!! I have been visiting Sarah and her business at Costs Health for some years - Sarah goes straight to the problem like a 6th sense. Each time I come to Spain I seek treatment with Sarah - last week I arrived with pains in many limbs and joints and have left yesterday for the Uk feeling so much better - A trip to Spain means a trip to the brilliant Sarah - highly recommend - couldn’t get better treatment anywhere, in my view and husband and my sons view !! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I have had two sessions with Paul after a lower back injury resulted in excruciating pain and problem in walking. Paul did a great job of unlocking my back and I am back walking with no pain. Had it not been for the fact I am flying back, I would have carried on with further sessions to remove the source of the pain altogether.

I can’t speak more highly of Sarah. I was on holiday and had a relapse of an old back injury. She was able to fit me in at short notice and her treatments were great.
She goes way beyond any of Chiropractor I’ve ever seen (there have been lots!) with various different approaches to treating the injury not just a standard adjustment, it’s a shame I was only able to see her whilst on holiday as she’s a miracle worker!

Tengo una urgencia el sábado, escribo y me responden rápidamente para darme cita para el mismo dia, hablamos de precios y todo aceptado.

I have nerve damage after unsuccessful back surgery and so every now and then my body will be in pain and cramping. Sarah was absolutely stellar at working through my muscles and dodgy left leg.

In addition to this, Sarah was the only healthcare worker to fully examine my 4 year old daughter after a huge fall which left her with a couple of weeks of back pain and concussion ! She was great with my little one and put us both at ease so we could focus on recovery.

Sarah is amazing. I’ve been to see Sarah a couple of times and every time she is very informative on what she is doing and why and she also sends you away with an action plan if needed or aftercare. She really cares about her clients. She is very approachable and leaves you feeling assured. I went out of my way to find this review link as I really wanted to praise her as I’m a very happy customer. She has sorted me out on more than one occasion in one session!! Prior to that one session I was visiting a private health place for chiropractors several times over a period of time - very time consuming and they did nothing to help my problem. 5 stars all the way! I had very stiff upper back and felt discomfort for a while. Contacted various clinics as I needed appointment very early due to personal circumstances. The lady at the front desk was very nice and supportive and understood the situation and booked me in very early as I have requested. I met Paul the Chiropractor and I found him very professional and easy to talk to. After my examination he quickly identified what was needed. So he performed a proper check-up and checked my mobility, done deep tissue massage in back and hips, acupuncture, and suction cup procedure. After that popped my spine back where is should be. After procedures my posture improved straight away, and i feel no tension as before and if I may say I feel much “lighter”. I am so happy that I have chosen Costa Health- Chiropractic and Physiotherapy clinic and I would highly recommend it anyone. Thank you very much guys for service and excellent value. 1 session, I stood up an immediately felt better after chiropractic treatment of snap, crackle and popping with Paul Morrison. I was in excruciating pain after the birth of my second child. It hurt to pick up the baby, hurt to sit and I suffered terribly for 2 years as I shuttled between trainers, doctors and spa massages - none of whom helped me. I came for vacation in Mijas and feeling pain in my back, because my baby always wanted to be carried. I booked an appointment with Paul Morrison. He immediately understood what was wrong, asked some questions and start treatment (he combines different types of techniques using needles and suction cups as well). I booked my husband as well, he was of shocked at the quick improvement for his back and neck.
I will recommend clinic, total game changer for me. As well pleasant surprise they offer facials in Costa Health clinic, I had professional facial with Sarah Hartley. She provided a wonderful service and a relaxing facial. Thank you Costa Health clinic for make my family healthier and beautiful.

Sarah helped me out with a persistent golf injury to my inner thigh that just wasn't healing on its' own. I felt a great improvement even after after the first session with her and after the second, I was pretty much back to normal and back to playing golf. That was a couple of months ago and neither the pain nor the symptoms have returned. Sarah's very friendly and puts you at ease. Highly recommend her professional service.
