I met Sarah twice recently following a recommendation from a friend. The consultation lived up to expectations. Her diagnosis and treatment were thorough, professional and inspired confidence. After the 2 sessions for hip and ankle issues, I felt definite improvement and was armed with the appropriate exercises and advice to help me help myself.
I look forward to having further sessions with Sarah next time I'm in the Costa Del Sol.

Wooow what an amazing place! I book a appointment with Dr Paul Morrison. What a great experience from start to end. Everyone from Paul, Sarah and Richard were very welcoming and great professionals, the clinic is spotless with a fantastic energy. Just sitting at the reception you know you are going to get better. Cannot recommend Dr Paul Morrison enough he has great communication skills at explaining what he finds and what he can helpyou with. Impressive knowledge with muscular skeletal issues. Gave me a very thorough sports massage and then his chiropractic adjustment was so good. This man controls everything!.

I have a great experience with my chiropractor Sarah. Getting an appointment was quick and easy, and the diagnosis of my existing back issues and pain was made very fast and accurately. Now that I’m pregnant, I really appreciate the guidance and support through the journey. Professional, friendly, and very reassuring, highly recommended!

Well wow, went and saw Rich today, just expecting run of the mill sports massage, left receiving Dry Needling, Cupping and a full leg massage.

Felt totally comfortable from the moment I walked in the room.

Rich was that good I’m considering coming from England monthly for my treatment.

No need to look anywhere else.

As the words go ‘NO PAIN NO GAIN’

A great place of professionals for various purposes.
Andrea is a great Personal Trainer with heaps of experience and a fantastic motivator! She has made a great change to my training routine. Her sports massages are incredible!
I have also used both Paul and Sarah on several occasions for chiropractic purposes, and they are wonderful.

Having hurt my back, I was recommended to Costa Health, I was given an appointment with Paul very quickly. Lovely clinic, easy to find.
Have had 2 chiropractic sessions with a range of treatments given on both visits, needles, cups, massage, gentle manipulation and TENS.
Will absolutely use them again.

I had been suffering with lower back pain for a couple of weeks and couldn’t resolve it. I decided to visit Sarah, having seen many recommendations on Facebook. From the moment I walked in and she examined my back, she understood my problem. Sarah is a very knowledgeable professional and treats you with great expertise, kindness and empathy. There’s no quick fix for my ailments but with Sarah’s treatment I am more comfortable, and will continue to see her on a regular basis.

Sarah is a magician !!! I have been visiting Sarah and her business at Costs Health for some years - Sarah goes straight to the problem like a 6th sense. Each time I come to Spain I seek treatment with Sarah - last week I arrived with pains in many limbs and joints and have left yesterday for the Uk feeling so much better - A trip to Spain means a trip to the brilliant Sarah - highly recommend - couldn’t get better treatment anywhere, in my view and husband and my sons view !! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
