Je suis tombée malade lors de mon séjour…ne voulant pas encombrer les urgences de l’hôpital… je me suis dirigée vers ce centre médical pensant que c’était public !
À mon arrivée, la secrétaire me demande de remplir un formulaire précisant que je m’engage surtout à régler les frais…!
Je demande le tarif de la consultation : 250€ 🤔
Je comprends donc que c’est privé et elle me le confirme
Je leur fait part que cela est très cher !!!
Le médecin vient alors à ma rencontre pour m’expliquer que ma santé n’a pas de prix… et qu’aux états unis … c’est pire …. Etc…
Bref…malgré mon état… j’ai fui ce centre !!
Arnaque en vue !!!
J’ai demandé à la pharmacie voisine l’adresse d’un centre médical gratuit et m’a montré une liste ! Il y en a plusieurs dans certaines villes
Attention ⚠️ les centres médicaux privés donc très chers sont très bien référencés sur internet et il faut vraiment se renseigner pour trouver un centre médical qui accepte la carte européenne

Lamentable, el peor trato que he recibido en toda mi vida.
Ayer acudí de urgencia por una reacción alérgica. Fui a ese centro ya que tuve que salir corriendo del restaurante que había justo al lado. Llegue muy hinchada, solo había que verme y la señorita de recepción, por llamarla de alguna manera, me dijo que dentro había otra emergencia por una herida en la cabeza, que me fuese al hospital de Arrecife que está a 15 min en coche.
Si en ese centro tienen estudios, que lo dudo, les aconsejaría apoyar los codos y abrir un libro, y que se informen bien sobre lo que le puede pasar a una persona por una reacción alérgica.

Recomendación genuina sobre la clínica y los doctores que en ella trabajan. He visitado la Clínica y entendiendo que es una privada, la gratitud de ser atendido por un doctor con la experiencia y la educación de años y una recepcionista que está lo suficientemente preparada por se una doctora también clínica hacen un equipo de trabajo extraordinario. Cuando vamos al doctor es por la necesidad de obtener ayuda y atención y ellos con su conocimiento de estudios de años y la empatía de hacerte sentir bien vale cualquier costó. Recomiendo esta clínica en su totalidad, no solo por el resultado de curación , sino por ser una clínica totalmente equipada , con equipos y medicamentos de uso inmediato a tus necesidades, poniendo como añadidura el servicio de 24 horas que tienen. Si estás en la isla y necesitas un lugar que ayude en tu situación de salud este es el lugar correcto.

very bad and expensive doctor, I went because I suspected an otitis after my arrival in Lanzarote. the doctor checked my ear and confirmed the inflammation and gave me drops of antibiotic that did not help, but made the situation worse. I had to go to another doctor who prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatory and the situation then improved. I do not recommend these private clinics, they only take advantage of tourists' money

Amazing doctors. My mums arrived on the Monday with tremendous back pain so we called them out. They came every day to inject her including just before our flight home. The doctor was extremely kind. Very well educated and incredibly informed. We also went to the clinic for an ultrasound. Full reports given for our insurance company. Highly recommend. Alot of people complaining about the price but we were informed it was a private clinic and this is why we have travel insurance.

Unethical. Firstly poor medicine, huge laceration in my knee and no proper washout leaving plenty of grit behind stitched in. Should have said they could not do it and sent me elsewhere, have been left needing an operation in the UK as a result.
Secondly, I clarified the price at the beginning, by the time we got to paying the price had doubled. Very messy old school stitching, lidocaine, IM antibiotic X2 and a tiny amount of saline cost over €1100.

Absolutely shocking place.

Terribly pushy doctor trying to take £1470 for 4 injections to treat a chest infection. All calculations done on paper, which I was not allowed to take with me.

When asked if I could have a course of antibiotics (as I would be prescribed at home) I was met with huge resistance. Telling me he ‘wants the best for me’ ‘if I was his daughter he would demand I took the injections’ ‘if we were in Cuba I would be admitted to the hospital and on IV antivirals’ even went as far as to say I might get stopped at the airport and asked for a fit to fly, which I wouldn’t have if I didn’t take the injections. Even the receptionist had a listen to my chest, just to confirm it is pneumonia and try to scare me into their mad cures.

Stood my ground and got amoxicillin (€9.82 from the pharmacy round the corner) interesting how something that serious can suddenly be treated with the most basic of antibiotics.

Issues: extremely overpriced, prescribing medication that you might not even need, lack of transparency.

Stay away if possible. If you do have to go here, ask about all costs before they do anything.

Went here in late December for a sore throat that could have been treated with a week of antibiotics. I was examined and then given an injection. Then I sat down and they told me the cost is €1,300 after giving me the injection without even asking whether I have insurance.

I was asked when I will leave the island and then was prescribed injections to be supplied and administered by themselves until the day I left.
€250 for examination
€150 for a flu test
€780 for 3 injections (each injection included 3 medicines)

Basically they will keep prescribing and selling you medicine that they supply themselves for as long as possible.

I am sure someone will sue them soon. I live too far to follow up on taking legal action.

I can't thank the doctors enough here. I was in excruciating pain and was seen immediately and had an ultrasound scan within 15 minutes of arriving. A surgical doctor was then consulted as well. I was diagnosed with a condition that I was not even aware of and was looked after incredibly well for the next three days to ensure I was in no pain and was able to return home on my scheduled flight. Everyone at the clinic is incredibly caring and professional and I felt so looked after during what was a very scary time for me.
Of course the cost is not cheap but my priority was getting myself well and this was also the priority of the doctor. Some have left reviews saying unnecessary medication was prescribed but I don't believe this is the case. The doctors want to get you well quickly and so they prescribe enough treatment to do this (unlike some occasions via the NHS where costings are much tighter). Thank you again to everyone at the clinic.

Went to this emergency doctors as i was suffering with conjunctivitis as soon as i walked in the lovely reception lady who spoke good English warned me that this was private and told me how much a consultation was straight up which was completely valid as it is private and was obviously going to be expensive and did mention that my health insurance would be able to cover it, i showed the reception lady my eye and i was seen straight away. During the consultation i was very comfortable and had to have eye drops and asked for my consent when needed an injection. Overall was a good experience and was almost better within the next day! Would recommend

I took my 16 month old son here as he had conjunctivitis and a bad cough. We were seen immediately and assessed, diagnosed, treated and given prescriptions very quickly by the doctor. Despite the slight language barrier the doctor took the time to explain everything and ensure I left knowing how to administer all of the medication that he needed. A follow up was booked in that day too. I even had to pop back to be shown how to use one of the medications and he gladly saw me and showed me how. My son returned to full health within a few days and this is all thanks to them. They were great and I’d highly recommend anyone else going to see them
