I’m originally from Germany and work in the health and therapy field myself, so it was very important to me to find a therapist who takes a truly holistic approach and has a deep understanding of psychosomatic connections.

For a long time, I had been experiencing a lot of tension in my body, as well as an uncomfortable feeling in my jaw, hips and lower back. After just one session with José, I already noticed a significant improvement.

José is extremely knowledgeable, warm and professional. He has a deep understanding of how the nervous system works and how the body responds to stress and tension. The atmosphere in his practice is very calm and welcoming, and I felt completely safe, understood and well cared for throughout the session.
