I went to a physio from the public hospital.. It was OK but the session was less than 30 minutes and only massage.. Didn't help with my long term pain. Tatiana helped me understand what was wrong motivated me to change my routine and it actually worked. Pain is still there, but completely manageable, compared to before.. I think differently about it now too. Thank you so much! 😀

I went to Tatjana with chronic complaints and was not disappointed. She gave me exercises tailored specifically to me that I could do at home - and later on at the gym. Gradually, I regained my mobility, which meant that I not only became less afraid of exercise, but actually started to enjoy it! The objective measurements allowed me to see my progress in black and white, which boosted my motivation to exercise even more! Thank you all for that!

Tatjana ist eine mega Therapeutin und hat mir sehr viel geholfen. trotz meiner Querschnittlähmung hat sie es geschafft das ich so viel mehr Selbstverständlig im Alltag klar kommen kann Es ist schade, dass sie nicht mehr in Mannheim ist, aber allein wegen ihr plane ich in meinen nächsten Urlaub nach Barcelona zu fahren .. und super viel Wissen dabei. .
