An absolutely amazing service. I went on a Sunday, was seen quickly by an incredible, kind, detailled doctor who went above and beyond. A charming and knowledgable receptionist put me totally at ease. Their insurance set up meant I am due to recieve up to 80% of the cost back too. A brilliant experience.

We had to call in for an emergency appointment on Christmas Eve due to my wife having a chest infection. We were able to be seen straight away and a diagnosis was delivered promptly.

Various prescriptions were written for my wife’s condition.

Good English spoken by all staff.

I visited with my partner and can honestly say this is the best clinic in Tenerife. Very professional and respectful staff who take care of you from the moment you walk in. Also very well organised with easy and fast online booking system, they’re quick to response and schedule you in. No long waiting times in the lobby, we got to see the doctor straight away. Professional diagnostics, treatment, prescriptions if necessary. Very knowledgeable staff who explain everything about insurance and costs etc. Thank you everyone!

I visited here during my stay in Tenerife. Staff were amazing, I was seen to within 5 minutes of walking through the door. Got the antibiotics prescription and was on my way. A follow up text a couple of days later to see how I was. Would highly recommend if you are unfortunate enough to need medical care whilst on holiday. Thanks again.

It was easy to get an appointment on the same day in this clinic and the staff was very friendly.

I needed a recipe (as a family doctor myself) and this was quickly aranged with the doctor. Thanks for being so helpful!

Ich musste sonntags aufgrund einer Covid-Infektion zum Arzt und habe noch am selben Tag einen Termin erhalten. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang konnte sehr gut deutsch. Die tätige Ärztin hat mich gründlich untersucht. Sie sprach sehr gut englisch. Ich habe mich in dieser modernen Praxis sehr wohl gefühlt und kann sie weiterempfehlen.

My daughter got a very painful ear infection on day 3 of our holiday. Within 10mins of booking an online appointment, we were contacted by David on reception to confirm the appointment and to give us exact directions to the clinic.
The doctor saw us quickly and issued a prescription for antibiotics and ear drops. The follow up appointment was included in the price and we were helped with all the paperwork needed for the insurance company.
We cannot thank David and the team of doctors enough for the help and compassion. We were very quickly able to enjoy the rest of our holiday with a pain free ear!
