Today, I had the most amazing bodywork/massage with Silvia! What she did truly felt like work on my body—in the best way possible. She massaged, lifted, stretched, pulled, and stimulated in ways that left me feeling completely renewed. Afterward, I felt so relaxed, almost like my body had been “fixed” 😅. Both Silvia and her team were two of the best massages my husband and I have ever experienced. They instinctively knew what areas needed to be worked on the most, but I don't think any inch of our bodies were left unworked. I really hurt my back picking up 25kg bags of salt and had spent a large sum on sports physios with some success but still had an underlying level of pain which varied depending on how much work I did each day.

A friend treated me to a 90 minute stress and pain relief session with Silvia . . . .

Having had a bad night with less than 5 hours sleep and then a load of painkillers I just prayed she could make me feel a little more comfortable.

90 minutes later I strolled out as if I had never had a problem. I am amazed and very grateful that someone could fix me up this way. The treatment was relaxing although at times it was uncomfortable as Silvia worked on my problem areas. However, that was nothing compared to feeling as good as I do now. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has back / neck pain or even if you just want to de-stress.

Silvia ist eine unglaubliche Therapeutin. Menschlich, wie fachlich. Ich hatte einen schweren Autounfall und Probleme mit meinem rechten Bein. (Schwellungen, Schmerzen, große Narben, stark eingeschränkte Mobilität) Silvia therapierte mich holistisch, also ganzheitlich mit Massagen, manueller Therapie, Elektro-und Ultraschall, mit Wärme, Mobilisierung und mit Workouts. Außerdem sorgte sie mit tollen Gesprächen, einem offenen Ohr, viel Motivation, Unterstützung und vielen Tipps (auch für die seelische Heilung) und unglaublich viel Fachkenntnis, Wissen, Hingabe, Professionalität und nicht zuletzt mit ihrer warmherzigen, einfühlsamen Art dafür, dass ich unglaubliche Fortschritte machte. Die Orthopäden/Unfallchirurgen beim Kontrolltermin konnten es wirklich nicht glauben, wie weit ich schon genesen bin. Ich empfehle Silvia mit 5 Sternen und würde ihr mehr geben, wenn es möglich wäre!! Ich bin so dankbar und freue mich auf unseren nächsten Termin, wenn ich wieder auf der Insel bin. :)

Silvia ist eine begnadete Physiotherapeutin.
Dementsprechend kann ich sie nur wärmsten und mit guten Gewissen empfehlen. Ich war nun seit 10 Tagen täglich bei ihr in Therapie und alles ist wunderbar. Zwei Jahre Probleme wie weggezaubert.
Selbst wenn alles gut ist, ich werde sie zukünftig regelmäßig liebend gerne konsultieren. Schon vorsorglich bereits im September wieder.

Ich habe meine Therapie hier in meinem Urlaub fortgesetzt, da ich mir die Achillessehne vor 2 Monaten gerissen hab. Mein Unterschenkel war seit der OP durchgehend sehr geschwollen, aber Dank der großartigen Therapie (Elektro-, Ultraschall- u Manuell) bei Silvia, ist die Schwellung u das angespannte Gefühl weg u ich fühle mich wieder viel besser beim Gehen.
