Jeg har siden 2018, jevnlig brukt PhysioPlus til behandlinger hos Paul Espe som praktiserer etter metoden ART. ( Active Release Technique). Beste behandlingen jeg får mot mine helseutfordringer og som har bidratt til at jeg har kunnet stå i jobb Jeg har prøvd mye og mange typer behandlinger opp gjennom årene, men ingen som denne! Dette er en manuell behandling der målet er å frigjøre blokkeringer i ledd og muskulatur og dette sammen med trening er oppskriften for meg. Jeg anbefaler Paul på det sterkeste. Og det beste: Han har Helfo-avtale. Noen revisisjon fra lege behøves ikke.

Paul and his team are among the best physiotherapists I’ve ever visited. He is incredibly skilled and has a rare ability to identify the core underlying issues within the first 5 minutes of treatment. Every time I finish a session with Paul, I feel like the root of the problem has already been significantly resolved.

His hands-on approach, combined with Active Release Techniques, is highly effective and immediately impactful. I cannot recommend them enough 🙏

I cannot praise Physio Plus enough. Last year Maria got me back to full fitness, after total knee replacement, in 3 mths. This year, after more complex total knee replacement, Niels Balslev got me dancing in heels for my 75th birthday in 3 mths & fit in 5. Thank you SO MUCH 🙏
