This summer I got to know Physiotherapy Costa del Sol, initial contacts were professional and to the point. Physiotherapist Melushka Quandus did the intake with me and followed me up as a patient. She developed a specific program for me, and adapted when necessary in function of evolution and/or punctual needs.
All of this with a personnel and human approach. I am happy to got to know Physiotherapy Costa del Sol and Melushka Quandus, I can recommend them, and will be using there services every time I am in Spain

I visited Melushka after weeks of pain, discomfort and a situation that seriously impacted my day to day life. Op 12 december 2024 onderging ik een zware voetoperatie in Belgie. Tijdens mijn verblijf in Marbella werd mij het Osteopathie en Fysiotherapie Costa del Sol aangeprezen. Ik kreeg er behandeling van Melushka die mij 3x per week 45 min. manuele therapie gaf.Dankzij haar vele tips en tricks en een persoonlijk revalidatieprogramma kon ik na 8 weken terug stappen waarvoor ongelooflijk veel dank. Zij is een zeer toegewijde therapeute en heel bekwaam in haar vak. Ik kon mij geen betere wensen. Grts Christine D.

Having reached the stage and age, where I knew I needed to get on top of my flexibility, posture etc before it was too late, my Osteopath (I suffer from back issues) recommended that I go to Melushka a professional physiotherapist who also runs fitness courses. We commenced a 5 week (1 hour a week) course which has given me all the information a demonstrations I needed to flex, stretch and move in ways that will not only keep me fit and healthy physically, but also mentally. The course also covers interval training. Even a gentle workout gives you a psychological lift for the day. I cannot thank Melushka enough for showing me how to enjoy getting fitter (it's a first for me!). I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to sign up with her. You won't regret it.

Always have had excellent experience with Physiotherapy Costa del Sol for many years. The latest: As I was unable to move because of an acute backproblem, the fysiotherapist came to our home. She (Sandra) was very professional and understanding and managed to locate, diagnose and treat the origine of the pain inmediatly. It was my very painful sciatica! She advised me to do certain daily excercises combined with fysio treatment and after 3 sessions my condition had improved significantly! I sincerely recommend Physiotherapy Costa del Sol, Sandra and Marielle!
