I booked a sports massage with Paulina after a week of cycling around Girona while on holiday. My experience with sports massages tends to be hit-or-miss, but Paulina really knows what she is doing and I left there with my body feeling much looser and refreshed. I would highly recommend stopping by here if you need a sports massage while in Girona!

Absolutely fantastic. I’ve been getting sports massage for over 35 years and 3Sports Fisioterapia is the best I’ve ever experienced. We are on a cycling vacation and have had massage from both Pol and Arnau to aid our recovery, and they were each so very, very knowledgable, skilled, professional, and NICE. I can’t speak too highly of their services. Try it you will like it!

I had a sports massage from Pol to help relieve some knee pain from cycling. After listening to my concerns and doing a quick assessment, Pol knew exactly what to do. After the hour-long massage, I was able to ride pain-free for my remaining time in Girona. Super friendly and professional service. Highly recommended!

The service was incredibly professional, and I have to say, Pol is an absolute legend. In fact, I'd go as far as to say he's the best masseur I've ever experienced, and that includes the masseurs/physio for from the cycling teams.

During a 100 kilometer bike ride from Girona to the Costa Brava I met another cyclist who recommended Fisioterapia for a post-ride massage. Upon my return I booked a session for the next day. Conveniently located in downtown Girona and easy to walk to from my Air B&B, the business featured a small waiting room that looked out on a quiet side street. The treatment room, which seemed to double as an office with desk and computer, was small as well. However, once I was on the table and closed my eyes, what followed was a top notch session with an experienced physiotherapist who took time to ask me about my activity proclivities and needs and subsequently tailored her approach accordingly. After a that seven day cycling vacation I was able to return home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Fisioterapia for a quality experience at a decent price.

Dankzij de deskundige behandeling van Pol is de pijn in mijn onderrug verdwenen en kon ik de dag nadien opnieuw rijden met de mountainbike.

Pol geeft je tijdens de behandeling tevens uitleg over de behandeling die hij doet. Hij is duidelijk een ervaren fysiotherapeut.

Vielen Dank an Tomàs, für eine der Besten Sportmassagen die ich je hatte. Er ist sehr kompetent und weiß genau wo her drücken muss. Die Massage hat er mit sehr viel Kraft ausgeführt. Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich werde ganz sicher wiederkommen.

El local está bien ubicado tanto si vienes en coche tienes el parking de la plaza Constitució alado.

El local es muy mono, siempre todo limpio con una decoración elegante y moderna.

Pol el fisio, es increíble, las manos de oro, a mi personalmente me ha ayudado muchísimo a recuperarme de una contractura muy fuerte que tenía, en una sesión ya noté la diferencia.

Gran disponibilidad en horarios.

I was in severe pain from Sciatica. Pol worked on me for 30 minutes and that allowed me to continue walking around the cities for sightseeing with much less discomfort. I returned to Pol two more times and improved with each visit until I was free of pain completely. Pol speaks very good English and made me very comfortable. He also had many recommendations for things to see and do while staying in Girona. He’s a professional, provides great customer service and I highly recommend him.
