I am a mother and recreational triathlete. I have a recurring IT band issue/knee tightness that halted my morning run sessions while on holiday. This issue routinely gets sorted by dry needling/deep tissue at home. I attended the Biloba therapy session where I had an in-depth chat about my issue/health/exercise etc. then a physical check on my legs before treatment was decided. I always thought I just had one leg longer than the other (no history of injury) but after pelvic realignment my legs were the same length. Immediate muscle tension relief in my leg/knee. I've been walking around all day and no issues. Go figure. I'm looking forward to a morning run tomorrow.
Once my leg got sorted I asked Albert to look at my neck, which he did & sorted, he explained his therapy process and gave me exercises to do if tension is high and my neck gets tense again.
I would recommend Albert. He has professional experience and life experience and contrary to what I personally believed there was zero pain or cracking of bones 😂

Meine Frau kam mit muskulären Problemen an den Oberschenkeln. Ich kam mit Schmerzen in der Schulter. Nach je einer Behandlung deutliche Verbesserungen bei uns beiden. Today I saw Dr Joaquin Gnoffo, I have used around 5 different chiropractors back in the UK and DR Gnoffo is levels above all of them. The treatment was the best I have ever received I wish I could find this level of service back in the UK!

I had a really good sports massage here. The therapist had a very good understanding of how to work on a cyclist and I fully recommend them and was much better than the excuses for sports massage that you get in the hotel spas. You do have to book in advance though, as they can not do walk-ins.
