We had a fantastic experience, when my wife had a particularly frightening medical episode. Dr Galache attended our apartment within two hours of us calling his surgery, he diagnosed what he believed to be the problem and recommended an injection, which she felt the benefit from within 2 hours. He provided prescriptions and a follow-up injection the next day. The improvement in my wife's condition was amazing as was the service provided by Dr Galache and his Receptionist.

Dr Galache is a very kind and thorough doctor who is empathetic and spends time with you. Very supportive and helpful and I highly recommend him. One of the best and nicest GPs I have come across .. Maria the receptionist/secretary is always friendly helpful and always greets you by your name.

Rang this morning got an appointment straight away lovely lady on reception spoke perfect English as did the doctor that I saw He proscribed two different medicines and got me an ultrasound appointment in Marbella straight away all done within 3 hours brilliant wish our service was as quick back in the UK. Highly recommend this place.

This medical centre is fantastic. I have visited several times now relating to multiple things - cleaning/maintenance of a deep wound and also for female health. I have felt to be taken seriously as a woman, listened to and received very in depth treatment and kind attention. I have always disliked visiting doctors because I feel rushed out of the room or my thoughts and opinions about my illness and my body ignored. Here it is not the case at all! I feel that the staff here go beyond good expectations and genuinely want to see me get better. Thankyou!

I went to the medical center with my wife, because she felt ill with different symptoms. Blood sample was taken and some days later an ultra sound examination was made (it could not be made on the same day for some reason). The blood test result was handled over without explanation, as the doctor was not in on that day. A new appointment was offered, but my wife didn’t want to go there again. No further explanation or joint review (i.e. a phone call to explain the blood result) was offered. The ultra sound for 2 areas did cost 160 Euro what is rather expansive compared to other doctors in the area. All in all a very average experience.

I very much recommend Dr Manuel Galache . Myself and both my parents go to him and are very happy.
He is a very polite gentle person and listens very well to your problems.
Not much waiting time either.
