I do a lot of jogging, so my legs take a lot of strain. During my recent stay in Lanzarote, I reached out to Jim Radcliffe Sports Massage. Jim was away on holiday but kindly recommended Esther and that turned out to be an excellent choice!
I booked four sports massage physiotherapy sessions with Esther, and every one of them was fantastic. She is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about her work. Esther took the time to understand my needs and tailored each session perfectly, which made a huge difference to how my legs felt.
The facilities were absolutely spotless, impeccably clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. It created a relaxing and professional environment that really added to the experience.
When I return later this year, I’ll definitely be booking with Esther again without hesitation. If you’re in Lanzarote and need sports massage or physio, I can’t recommend her enough!

I came to Lanzarote with a pre-existing back and neck issue and was recommended to visit Esther . I have been twice now and already booked a third visit . Esther is incredibly professional, the facilities are spotless and new , she listened to my backstory and then used her skill to assess my conditions . I left the first and second visits in really good shape , more informed of the issues that effect me and Esther has given me things I can work on to help me improve my longstanding back condition . I can highly recommend Esther for anyone coming to the island that needs to see an exceptional Physiotherapist.

This physio is fantastic. Found me an appointment the day I rang her. Had a pain under my ríos and struggled to do any task at all. Found and treated the problem and the next day I was almost back to normal. Having back up treatment now and I feel a new Man. Not expensive. Go and make an appointment. It's well worth it.

Esther es, por una parte una gran profesional en su trabajo.
Destacar el servicio de valoración de suelo pélvico. Es muy completo, y además tiene una enorme paciencia a la hora de transmitir toda la información y resolver todas las posibles dudas.

En cuanto a sus clases de ejercicio prenatal para mamás embarazadas y el acompañamiento que brinda durante esta etapa solo se puede decir que lo personal supera lo profesional. Siempre empática, siempre atenta, ofreciendo toda la ayuda de la que dispone a su alcance, comprensiva y preocupada por sus pacientes.

Una suerte haberla encontrado.

Llevaba varias semanas sufriendo una contractura cervical y en tan solo una sesión con Esther, noté una gran mejoría de los síntomas . Esther es una gran profesional, 100% dedicada a sus pacientes y se vuelca en encontrar las mejores soluciones para lograr una recuperación efectiva. Una gran profesional, entregada y de confianza, valoraciones integrales y pautas para lograr un cambio real. Una persona que si no necesitas más sesiones te lo dice, que se adapta a tu situación. Esther es sin duda una super fisio, acudí a ella por recomendación sobre el suelo pélvico, y ha sido la mejor decisión.

Con un par de sesiones aprendí a utilizar correctamente mi musculatura profunda del core y desde entonces, ADIOS DOLORES 🙂
