Een absolute aanrader. Ik werd met veel zorg en heel deskundig behandeld zoals ik nooit eerder mocht ervaren. Ik voelde me gehoord in mijn pijn. Ik mocht uiterst relaxed en met veel minder pijn deze plek verlaten. Zo dankbaar!!!!

I decided to come here following reading Lucie’s review below having what I considered typical aches, pains & stiffness & wanting to treat myself to some full body restoration before going back to a busy year at work.
I have a sedentary, desk based job & work long hours across multiple time zones. I also weight train regular & am not the best at stretching afterwards.
My therapist was Pilar & she was wonderful. The session started with a mini-body exam to help her find focus areas, which continued throughout the treatment. Just as well it did as I was very blasé about the aches I was having & said I had no real problems when asked..!
Using a combination of techniques - massage, stretching, reflexology, vibrations & the home made with love cooling gel (most similar to deep heat / deep cool but FAR more effective) - she discovered a ‘beautiful collection’ of muscular knots & tensions, identified the source of a recurring issue I have in my right calve, & recognised where there would be relating issues due to the location of the primary inflammation in my body. Each area was given specific attention, & she checked in regularly to make sure I was okay & check how my body was feeling. She was empathetic, kind, skilled & experienced.
This was by no means the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had, actually some parts were quite painful, but oh my goodness it is hands down the best massage / body treatment I’ve ever had. My session lasted an hour & honestly I’d have stayed for triple that. I live in the UK so won’t be able to see Pilar regularly, though I would if I could, so will be investigating similar therapists near me at home.
10/10 would recommend if you want to actually solve the issues in your body.

I was volunteering in Las Galletas for one month in July and having carried a large backpack from England, I arrived with very tight shoulders- which was extremely uncomfortable.
Luckily I found Nirvana near my accommodation and booked in for a massage. My massage therapist was Norberto, whom was very friendly and professional. My massage was for 1 hour, and I have to say it was without a doubt the best massage I have ever received!
Firstly, he used a combination of traditional massage techniques then in the middle of the treatment he applied a cooling gel for the inflammation and left it to soak in for 5 minutes to soothe my sore muscles- which felt amazing! In addition to finishing the massage with hand pressure, he introduced an electric handheld massager, which also felt very relaxing.
I would highly recommend going to Norberto for deep tissue massage as he uses the perfect amount of applied pressure to really get into the deeper layers of the muscles. I left feeling very relaxed and like a new woman! I didn't experience any further tightness or discomfort after carrying my backpack on my onward travels in Tenerife or upon returning to the UK! Muchisimas Gracias Norberto! :)
