Bin mit starken Rückenschmerzen hin. Gemäss Ärzte geht nur noch OP (4 Wirbel versteifen) Bereits nach der ersten Behandlung/Massage besser gefühlt und nach der 2. Massage schmerzfrei. Bin danach noch 3 mal bei Steffi gewesen und fühle mich sehr gut. 5 Sterne für Steffi, hätte ich nie dran gedacht, dass sie es so schnell hinbekommt.

Going to yoga and pilates classes led by Steffi enriched my vacation in Playa Blanca. She's a very competent and charismatic instructor that takes each and every class seriously and gives her all. She sees every person in class and gives tips and encouragement throughout. Her dedication and knowledge shines through and I've come home knowing so much more about the key things for correct yoga and pilates exercises.

Fit & Relaxed Playa Blanca is one of the most amazing places for fitness classes. I was staying in Playa Blanca for 4 weeks and I wanted to keep fit so I was delighted to find this place that also had a package of unlimited classes for 4 weeks for 53euro.

There were a lot of different classes to choose from. I did Body Pump, Strong Nation HIIT Training, Zumba Fitness, Spinning and AB Attack. I also joined all of the Yoga and Pilates classes including 'Pilates Terapeutica', 'Pilates Mat', 'Pilates Fascia', 'Hatha Yoga' and 'Yin Yoga'. Every class was different and I felt challenged in each class which was fantastic.

The owner and instructor Steff is very professional. Steff has taught me so much about doing the correct technique and now I feel much more confident in using equipment like barbells and weights. I feel so much stronger after the 4 weeks of training with Steff. I can't wait to return to Steff's fitness classes in Playa Blanca next summer.

I very rarely post but wants to say how fantastic it is to visit and train at FitandRelaxed when I visit Playa Blanca
Steff is such a fantastic training coach
I myself work as a sports medicine consultant so very much appreciate her attention to detail during exercise classes making sure that everyone is working in the right posture, form and personal limits
Above all she makes the classes such fun
I would also like to thank her local gym community for making me feel so welcome
It’s not expensive to join as a holiday maker and she should probably charge more !
I look forward to coming back soon and training with Steff and her group

I did 2 wonderful classes with Stephanie. One on the beach and one at her studio. Both were great and Stephanie was quick to get back and provided me with a yoga mat. Great fun too.

I stayed in Lanzarote for a week and booked quite a few classes with Stephanie during this time, they were all great! Stephanie is a fantastic teacher and really knows her stuff. She’s also a lovely person and very fun and charismatic. During the yoga classes I found her voice very calming and I felt so relaxed and comfortable in the safe space she created. A highlight was the sunset and sunrise yoga classes, it was such a lovely experience to practice yoga in such a stunning natural environment with the sound of the waves and fresh Lanzarote breeze. I hope to come back again next year and will definitely book more classes if I do!

What a find 👍🏻👍🏻 if you want to work out with fun professionals this is the place for you.
My stay in Playa Blanca was for a month and as a fellow instructor I always appreciate a good fitness class and with Steff and her team that is exactly what you will experience here.
Plus the fact that Steff teaches in German, English and Spanish.
The variety of classes to choose from offers something for everyone to enjoy.
I tried most classes, step, yin yoga, hatha yoga, body conditioning and of course Pilates. Steff is a task master when it comes to technique, which is well received.
I enjoyed my long walks in Lanzarote but the added bonus for me was this fantastic location for fitness classes.
You won’t be disappointed…
Keep up the good work Steff and I’ll see you next year.

Sehr gutes Fitness Studio. Freue mich seit einigen Jahren auf 4 Wochen Playa Blanca, was auch sehr an dem Fitness Studio liegt. Die Betreiberin Steffie ist sehr kompetent. Sie ist eine der besten Trainerinnen, die ich kennengelernt habe. Alle Arten von Yoga bietet die Diplom Yoga Lehrerin an. Die Gesundheit Ihrer Mitglieder ist ihr wichtig. Sie lebt Fitness, sie sieht den ganzen Menschen. Die Kurse bereiten Freude, die Stimmung ist außergewöhnlich gut, auch die anderen Trainer, z B. José für Step Aerobic sind super.

Ich hatte eine Massage-Behandlung bei Stefanie, die sich auch mit Ostheopathie auskennt. Sie hat mir extrem gut geholfen, die Muskelverspannungen und -schmerzen nach einem Unfall loszuwerden (besser als 3 Monate Physio davor). Eine kompetente Frau, sehr empfehlenswert!!

El ambiente es genial. Un público internacional. Una profesora (Steffi) súper motivada, positiva y alegre que te corrige la postura de manera sutil y amable. Sin olvidar a José que da clases de stepaerobic, ... llena de energia y felicidad. Hay clases por la mañana y por la tarde, todo se reserva por una app que tienen, lo que facilite planificar tu semana con facilidad y comodidad desde casa. Yo estoy encantada 😊

On a recent holiday to Playa Blanca in June myself & my husband attended yoga classes with Steph in both her studio and an early morning session on Flamingo Beach. Steph was prompt with communication & replies on booking the classes. She showed us variations in the class to suit our levels of flexibility & strength. She was very professional, had an amazing energy about her and she was fun , we shared some jokes & giggles. See you next year on our return to Lanzarote. xx

I can't praise Steffi enough. Not only are the classes brilliant with her enthusiasm and energy but she has been dealing with the fall-out of the bad outcome from a hip replacement (foot drop and nerve damage) for over a year and I don't know where I would be without her treatment, knowledge, kindness, support and fun. Steff is an excellent instructor. Her virtual classes bring her workouts to you wherever you are with the important benefit of her supervision ensuring you are working with correct technique and posture. If I can’t make the physical classes I thoroughly enjoy and recommend the virtual classes.

I visit PB most years and normally love to run for exercise but this year I decided to join a gym for the week and found Fit and Relaxed. So glad I did, just loved it. I did daily morning classes, all different but all amazing and teachers clearly very experienced. Really wish I had a gym like this where I live! Also have to comment on how welcoming I found the classes, mostly locals but all made me feel welcome. Can’t wait to return!

Steff is nothing but amazing! I have massages monthly in the UK for my shoulders, however, steff is the first person ever visited to actually make a difference!!!! Amazing person, amazing massage, professional and does her job 5*!!. The only downside is we cannot take steff back to the UK!!!! I would see her weekly! My wife and I booked a block.of.classes.and attended regularly during our stay in Playa Blanca. As a complete.beginner I really enjoyed the classes. Steff and Clive were excellent coaches and I appreciated their patience and prompting to.help me get the most out of the classes. Atmosphere was very friendly and regulars.were very welcoming. A great experience and I would recommend Fit&Relaxed without hesitation. Go for it!

I was enjoying yoga session with Steff all week when I was on holiday. Steff is very friendly and with fabulous energy. I felt very welcome on first day and very relaxed after every each session-it was just what I needed after busy Christmas time at work. Also she did full body massage for me and my husband-it was amazing 😍 She knows what she is doing and she's got very good knowledge.
Great place and if I visit Lanzarote again I will go back. 5 stars🌟 for me.

'Fit and Relaxed in Playa Blanca' provides a large range of exercise oportunities ... during my stay I enjoyed 5 different classes with Steff who is both a brilliant instructor and linguist. I felt welcomed and inspired, enjoying and experiencing calm, laughter, energy and the occasional surprise.
I look forward to my next visit ....
