My back pain was coming from a glute imbalance, not only did he massage to take the pain away straight away, he also, in his own time, sent me a personalised video with the exact exercises
for me to do to strengthen my weaker glute

Hello,

I had been experiencing pain on the outside of my knee after a mountain race just before my holiday. I then travelled to Cabo Roig with my family, but I struggled to enjoy running and exercising as much as I wanted because of the pain.

I asked for help here, and after just one treatment I felt a significant improvement. I decided to have one more treatment to make sure the problem was fully resolved, and it worked wonderfully.

I am extremely happy with the treatment I received during my holiday. I was also given some exercises to do every day to stretch and strengthen the muscles around my hips.

Now that I’m back home, I’m gradually getting back to the same level of training I was doing before the mountain race. I’m building up my training step by step while continuing to strengthen and loosen the muscles in the area.

Ive been having sports massages for years but the last few have been ok but not what i class a sports massage. However, i came across Ricky whilst searching on google. His office is near La Zenia with parking space outside and easily found. All i can say is i was totally impressed with not just the amazing massage but his friendly approach and knowledge of the human anatomy was second to none. I would highly recommend Ricky if you’re looking for a deep tissue/sports massage. I will definitely be returning!
