I have been seeing Raquel for a dislocated shoulder rehabilitation.
She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. She is always happy and welcoming and knows exactly how to get the best results for her patients.
I would strongly recommend Raquel for any problems you may have be they sport related or not. She is based in the Cabo Roig, but it’s not far from La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Villamartin areas

I had problems with my shoulder for several months. Initially I thought it would clear up as I had strained muscles reaching into the back of a high cupboard. Raquel was highly recommended to me so I made an appointment. She was very thorough, put me through movements to access where exactly the problem was. She was clear and exact in her explanations. She sorted out my problem in 2 appointments and recommended exercises to strengthen my shoulders going forward. She was pleasant, friendly and nice to work with. Her English is perfect and she has a good sense of humour. I can highly recommend her if you need help with any pains and aches . Thank you Raquel

Ik ben een hardloper en kreeg tijdens mijn laatste loop ontzettend last van een pees in mijn voet. Omdat ik net in Spanje woon was het voir mij lastig een goede therapeut te vinden daar ik ook nog eens erg kritisch ben.
Op aanraden ben ik naar Raquel gegaan en zij wist direct wat er aan de hand was, legde uit waardoor het kwam, behandelde mij en gaf goede oefeningen mee. Gevolg was dat ik daarna weer kon hardlopen. Kortom een echte aanrader en iemand met echt kennis van zaken.
