Ola is a really good professional. She listens and does the treatment carefully. She has a holistic view also, so she can understand the origin cause of the problem and handle it effectively. I had problems and pain in my right leg and hip. She found the connecting issues in my body, and already after the first occasion I felt much better. I can strongly recommend her support.

I find out about Ola on some facebook group, someone was looking for a good physiotherapist and she was the one suggested by so many. I contacted her cause I had my neck completely stuck, and I had to leave the island by flight the day after so I really needed a quick fix to handle the journey.

She did an amazing job, by the time she left I could already feel ten times better, and it kept improving on the following days.

I highly suggest her, she's really professional, really communication and know what she's doing.

If you’re looking for a professional, kind, and highly skilled physiotherapist who can even come to your home/accomodation, look no further!
I found Aleksandra (Ola de Bienestar) by chance after waking up on the first day of my holiday with a painful neck and back spasm. I couldn’t even get out of bed without help!
She arrived punctually, with all her equipment impeccably clean and hygienic. She asked detailed questions, listened carefully, and throughout the session she constantly checked my pain level and comfort. You can immediately sense how well she understands the body, trigger points, and muscular connections. The relief was incredible.
Even though she is new to the island, she is clearly very experienced. I also appreciated the personal connection, as she previously lived in the Netherlands (like me) where she worked as a physiotherapist for PSV Eindhoven football team.
She even followed up with me in the days after the session to check how I was doing and gave useful advice on how to continue my recovery.
Highly recommended, whether you need help with muscular pain or simply want a relaxing and professional massage, Aleksandra is the person to call!

I highly recommend Ola. She does wonders on tense muscles. She has helped me a lot with my back problems. She is committed, thorough in finding the cause of the problem and you can see that she knows what she is doing, at the same time she explains everything in simple language so that you know what to expect from your visit.

Ola is awesome!
You can easily tell she is very passionate about helping others and has a lot of knowledge.

I sit a lot at work, which is not the best for my back and she helped me a lot with my back pain. She is also a very nice person to be around with, which makes the whole process even better.

I highly recommend her!
