On m’a recommandé cette clinique pour des drainages lymphatiques pré et postopératoires, et je suis très reconnaissante d’avoir pu être accompagnée par une équipe aussi professionnelle.
Au-delà de leur grande bienveillance, elles ont été extrêmement attentives tout au long du processus, toujours disponibles pour répondre aux questions qui surgissent au fil de la récupération. On sent qu’elles maîtrisent parfaitement la prise en charge du lipœdème et qu’elles actualisent régulièrement leurs connaissances, en adaptant chaque soin à mes besoins du moment.
L’amélioration s’est fait sentir très rapidement et, même si la récupération reste un processus long, chaque drainage m’a apporté un réel soulagement.
Par ailleurs, l’équipe a l’habitude d’accompagner des patientes internationales en plusieurs langues, ce qui facilite énormément la communication et apporte une tranquillité précieuse dans ces moments-là. Elles proposent également des drainages à domicile le week-end, un service indispensable lors des premiers jours postopératoires.

I recently had 4 Lipedema surgeries in Madrid and had my MLDs with Sanamanzana each time. Let me tell you - I love all the ladies at Sanamanzana with all my heart! Every practitioner is truly amazing. From the first appointment in August 2025 to the last it was in April 2026 nothing but bliss to be cared for by them. They do not rush the appointment, are very thorough and professional, make recommendations, send your to get correct things for post op period, contact your doctor if needed. The actual MLDs were the best I ever had and it is so bittersweet to finish my surgeries because I know I won't find quality of care like Sanamanzana anywhere. I am forever grateful for everything you have done for me! I will always remember out chats and laughs as well. Victoria, Sara, Celia, Andrea and Laura - thank you all so so so much!

The attention of the team was excellent and I was always treated very well. My only negative point is that, over time, I noticed a somewhat tense internal environment caused by some of the management's attitudes towards the staff. This made me feel uncomfortable. I think with a better internal climate the experience would be perfect.
