I have been seeing Megan for the last two years, and she has helped me tremendously with my lower back issues. I have herniated discs in my lumbar spine, and thanks to her expertise, manual therapy, and the exercises we’ve worked on during our sessions, my pain and mobility have improved significantly.
Currently, Megan is also helping me prepare for my upcoming ACL reconstruction surgery by strengthening the muscles around my knee, supporting pain management, and helping me avoid re injury. Her approach is always professional, thoughtful, and tailored to my needs.
I can highly recommend Megan not only for her physiotherapy treatments and exercises, but also for acupuncture and her overall dedication to her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable and constantly updates her skills through additional training and conferences, which really shows in the quality of care she provides.
On top of that, Megan is simply an amazing person kind, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping her patients feel better. I would not go anywhere else.

Excellent! Richard helped me last minute and could not recommend him more. He helped relieve my neck and shoulder pain instantly. He was super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend! I've had an ongoing back problem for 30 years. Seen a few chiropractises in leeds normally takes a few days for me to get back working again. But had one session with Richard and back at work the next day. Would and will recommend it to everybody I know .

I met both Richard and Meg on my first visit, and from the very beginning I felt a high level of attention and genuine care. They both took the time to really listen to my situation following an injury and understand my specific needs.

Richard was very attentive and supportive, and also introduced me to auricular acupuncture, which I found very interesting.

I’m currently working more closely with Meg, and her approach truly stands out. She combines deep experience with a practical, personalised way of guiding you — focusing not just on exercises, but on posture, movement and long-term results.

What makes the difference is that everything feels tailored and sustainable, you understand what you’re doing and why.

Richard is an excellent sports massage therapist who clearly knows his craft and has a deep understanding of the body and muscle function. From the very first contact, he was responsive and accommodating, managing to fit me in for a last-minute session when I urgently needed help while on holiday in Malaga with a very stiff neck.

He is attentive, explains what he is doing throughout the treatment, and genuinely focuses on addressing your concerns to relieve tension and pain. I left feeling significantly better and well taken care of.

Meg is such a wonderful physio. I can’t recommend her enough!
